Vietnam parece avanzar por la senda recorrida por la República Popular China. La nación indochina, bajo el mando de una férrea dictadura comunista, ha iniciado desde hace décadas un ambicioso proyecto de apertura y expansión económica que empieza a dar sus primeros frutos.

As the legal profession becomes increasingly globalized, an important issue remains the education of a new generation of lawyers who can deal effectively with the challenges of a global legal and business economy.  Legal educators around the world need to be thoughtful about and attentive to the demands of a global legal marketplace and how to prepare students for those demands.

One of the most important legal challenges today is the creation of a Global Law. Global Law shall serve as the beacon for peace and justice in the third Millennium. But it would be impossible to create the new Global Law without the education of global lawyers.
